The procedure for updating an existing program is exactly the same as for purchasing a new program. The only difference is the price. (Due to a change in the manner in which Help files are displayed on versions older than 6.3, the entire program must be downloaded.) Your credit card bill will show Reflections Of Nature, LLC as the billing company.
