Sometime things go wrong in a
computer program. Below are some fixes that can correct these problems.

- Making Program Recognize Reader
The Wellness Profile program doesn't currently recognize newer versions
of Adobe Reader such as version 8.0. To solve this problem you can
download Acrobat Reader 4.0 from this website. You must then modify
the Wellness Profile program to look for Acrobat Reader 4.0 rather than what
it is currently looking for. You can have more than one version
of Reader on your computer. This will not effect which version of
Reader other programs use.
Backup/Restore
Background
A few people
have encountered an error message when utilizing the built in Backup utility
under the File menu of the Wellness Profile program. The easiest way to test to see if
this is the case for you is to go to the File menu and select Utilities and then
Backup.
Run the Backup and see if you encounter an error message.
If you do get
the error, follow the instruction below.
Instructions
Installing the new
Backup utility file

Click on the
Download button below to download the file

If asked to
Open or Save, select Save
-
Save it to
the same folder as your Wellness Profile program.
(The default location is: C:\Program
Files\Wellness Profile or C:\Program Files\Wellness Profile 6.3)

You may be
asked if you want to Overwrite a file of the same name. If so, click
Yes.

After this
is complete, run the Backup utility again.
